An excruciatingly simulated heist game.
Mac users: If you get a permission error when trying to open the game, I recommend trying to install it using the itch.io app or you can try executing the following in the command line:
cd [to the directory where TheProfessional.app is located] cd TheProfessional.app/Contents/MacOS chmod +x TheProfessional.app/Contents/MacOS/The\ Professional
Then hold control + right click on the application and select Open

Hey, I really want to play but every time I try to open it I receive a message stating that “The professional Cannot be opened.” (Im on Mac and I tried your C&P code but it did not do anything.)
it works on windows, so if you cant get it to run then try to get a windows pc

terrible controls even for terrible control game. gave up after the 100th time that i tried to move an arm to the right only for it to jitter in place because the game didn't know what to do. as a result the best strategy seems to be to pick one body part and randomly wave it in every which direction to brute force progress rather than actually engaging with the mechanics

BUT HOW!?!? my first time playing took me like 20 minutes at the very most. and my PB is like 1 minute 4 seconds. i genuinely dont get how poeple struggle with this game so much😭

Never Try It At Home
Wow this game was a journey. I almost punched my monitor a couple times. I beat the game after 1.2 hours and started crying with joy. Thank you very much for making this horrible yet amazingly fun game. 10/10
